Buildakit / TERMS OF USE
Build-a-Kit (“the Mini”) is a Shopify Shop Mini that allows shoppers to discover products and build custom kits directly within the Shop mobile app. By accessing or using the Mini, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Mini.
Use of the Mini
The Mini is provided to help shoppers explore products, group items into kits, and proceed to checkout through the Shop app.
You agree to use the Mini only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Mini in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Mini’s functionality
- Reverse engineer, duplicate, or misuse the Mini or its underlying technology
- Use automated systems or scripts to access or interact with the Mini
Product Information and Availability
Products shown in the Mini are provided through Shopify and participating merchants. Product details, pricing, availability, and descriptions are subject to change at any time and may vary by merchant.
We do not guarantee that product information is always complete, accurate, or up to date.
Purchases and Checkout
The Mini does not process payments directly. All purchases are completed through the Shopify Shop app and are subject to Shopify’s terms and the merchant’s policies.
We are not responsible for:
- Payment processing
- Order fulfillment or shipping
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges
- Issues related to purchased products
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Mini — including its design, layout, functionality, and branding — are owned by RGD Digital or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Mini without prior written permission.
Availability and Modifications
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Mini (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Mini.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Mini is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGD Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Mini.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Mini after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
