Build-a-Kit (“the Mini”) is a Shopify Shop Mini that helps shoppers discover products and build custom kits directly within the Shop mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Mini.

When you use the Mini in the Shop app, certain information is made available through Shopify’s Shop Minis platform so the Mini can function correctly:
  • Product information: Product and variant data such as titles, images, prices, availability, and handles. This is used to display products, suggest items, and allow kit building.
  • Shop context (non-identifying): Limited contextual information required to correctly present products within the Shop app. This does not include merchant admin data or shopper personal details.
  • Recent and recommended products: Product data surfaced by Shopify to support discovery and recommendation features.
This information is used only to support functionality, reliability, and user experience and is not used to identify individual shoppers.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Build-a-Kit Mini runs entirely inside the Shopify Shop app and does not set browser cookies. Shopify may use its own technologies to support security, performance, and core app functionality.
